Responsibilities
Serve as a central resource for program management activities, coordinating seamlessly between stakeholders and leadership
Oversee and maintain critical program documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government protocols
Manage light scheduling, ensuring all deadlines, meetings, and deliverables are aligned to program milestones
Provide additional operational and administrative support as directed by the SAIC or Customer Program Manager to improve overall program efficiency
Deliver exceptional attention to detail when tracking issues, resolving challenges, and optimizing program workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent) and Fifteen (15) years of related experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start
10 Years of experience supporting DOD programs or project management activities, including managing contact documents, budgets, scheduling, and briefing preparation
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations or documents
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines in dynamic environments
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Certificate – Project Management Institute (PMI)
Experience supporting a DOD or federal program
Proven success in a PMO or similar program support role within government or defense sectors
