They are seeking an experienced California-licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to perform patient testing on a per-diem, contract basis.

Responsibilities
Perform high-complexity clinical testing using multiplex immunoassays on the Luminex platform
Follow established SOPs , quality control, and quality assurance procedures
Review and document:
QC results
Reagent performance
Instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
Accurately document testing activities in accordance with CLIA and CDPH-LFS requirements
Participate in:
Competency assessments
Proficiency testing as assigned
Communicate testing issues to the Technical Supervisor or Laboratory Director
Qualification
Required
Active California CLS license (required; must be in good standing)
Experience performing high-complexity testing in a CLIA laboratory
Background in immunoassays / serology
Hands-on experience with Luminex (xMAP) platforms
Strong attention to documentation and regulatory compliance
Comfortable working independently in a regulated environment
Preferred
Experience in: Industry or LDT laboratories
Assay validation or verification
Familiarity with CAP or FDA-facing documentation (a plus)
