Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget variances
Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and collaborate with auditors during financial audits
Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Maintain documentation of financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
High level of integrity and professionalism with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information
Flexibility and adaptability to learn new processes and technologies as needed
