Required
Candidate must be a graduate of a Top 14 (T14) U.S. Law School, including: Yale, Stanford, Harvard, Chicago, Columbia, NYU, Penn, UVA, Berkeley, Duke, Michigan, Northwestern, Cornell, Georgetown
4+ years securities litigation or related civil/regulatory experience
Prior employment at an AM Law 50 firm
Strong academic credentials
Excellent writing and advocacy skills
Stable employment history (no short tenures)
Active bar admission or ability to waive in within 3–6 months
