Responsibilities
Participate in the Daily Production Team Meeting/MRB, CATS, APQP’s and Design Review
Establish and maintain process standards and associated documentation
Implement and maintain in house Mold Tech Training
Perform mold tests, DOE’s, screw analysis and process equipment improvement programs
Participate and coach various manufacturing teams in daily problem solving and continuous improvement techniques as it pertains to daily issues
Provide support to Engineering Department as needed
Performs other duties as assigned by the Production Manager

Qualification
Required
5 years previous technical experience in plastic injection molding
A 2-year degree or equivalent offsetting experience
