Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focused on security, understanding their needs and challenges
Deliver insightful technical briefings on the latest security trends, including threat intelligence and malware analysis
Address intricate technical challenges with ambiguous requirements, developing innovative and effective solutions
Provide timely and effective support for critical incidents and customer issues outside of standard business hours
Communicate with and support LATAM customers in Spanish, both verbally and in writing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in security analysis, intelligence, customer success or similar fields in cyber security
Experience managing internal or external customer-facing projects to completion while working with cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently as this is a client facing role
Preferred
Experience in Cloud Security delivered within the context of customer-facing roles
Experience in security architecture or security developing
Excellent communication, written, presentation and problem-solving skills
