The Coordinator of Technical Support will provide initial and direct technical support for campus software and hardware, assist in troubleshooting technology-related issues, and maintain technology inventory across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities
Provide initial and direct technical support in the use of campus software and hardware, which includes but is not limited to printers, audio/visual equipment, computers and laptops, iOS devices, Chromebooks, etc
Provide basic campus technical support with hardware and software issues
Support multiple campuses with technical support by driving between campuses during the work day
Complete help desk tickets in a timely manner
Reimage workstations and laptops as required
Monitor and maintain campus printers including the use of toner and report when supplies need to be ordered
Assist in updating and maintaining campuses’ technology inventory database in a timely manner
Assist in the maintenance of electronic records and databases
Coordinate and participate in the delivery and setup of equipment
Follow all rules, regulations, and policies of Frisco ISD and follow directives from superiors
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Texas driver's license
Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
Ability to troubleshoot basic technology-related issues
Ability to work closely with students, teachers, librarians, digital learning coaches, and administrators
Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Preferred
