Required

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in software development

2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience with Storage systems
Experience with Cloud platforms
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with Go or C++
Experience working with data protection or disaster recovery
