Responsibilities
Lead a team of Direct Support Professions that support people with disabilities
Create a positive and supportive teamwork work experience within the group home
Responsible for the operation of the group home
Coordinating maintenance
Ensuring safety standards
Budgeting
Staff-related issues
Managing vehicles
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/ G.E.D or equivalent
Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record
Must have reliable and ongoing transportation
Must successfully complete all required background clearances
Successful completion of a comprehensive background check including fingerprinting, medical clearance (TB test, drug screen & physical exam), and clearance through Michigan Long-term Care (MILTC) screening
Preferred
1 year of related experience preferred
