Responsibilities

Lead communications for active and pipeline development projects across multiple U.S. metros
Draft project FAQs, community materials, and clear explanations of data center benefits and impacts
Shape and manage project narratives in coordination with development, power, and permitting teams
Handle PR and external messaging related to individual projects
Produce first-draft materials that are close to final and ready for stakeholder review
Act as the internal point person coordinating consultants, advisors, and local communications efforts

Required

Prior communications experience with a data center company or as a consultant working on data center engagements
Direct exposure to data center projects

Ability to work embedded with development teams rather than as a standalone corporate comms function
