Responsibilities

Work in a team with Program Coordinators, faculty, and other administrative staff to deliver programs
Coordinate the planning and execution of assigned programs, following established timelines, tools and processes and seeking guidance as needed
Tracking enrollment and responding to participant inquiries using established templates, resources, and policies
Serving as the primary point of contact for faculty, participants and vendors, proactively communicating with and preparing materials for all as necessary
Monitoring and documenting the in-program experience to help ensure consistent high-quality execution, sharing observations and suggestions with the team
Submitting financial documentation in support of program activities – and assisting in program close out and reconciliation
Contribute input and feedback to future planning based on your program experience
Support office logistics, culture and all ongoing program activities
Support administrative staff with related projects as needed – ie, compiling longer term data, developing new resources, organizing digital or physical spaces

Required

Minimum three years of related experience. Education beyond high school may count toward experience
Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
Interest in hospitality and creating exceptional experiences
Interest in education and professional development – personally and/or philosophically
Detail-oriented and skills developing professional digital and printed materials
Technologically inclined, ability to learn new software and systems
Knowledge of events, catering, hotel and restaurant operations all a plus!
