IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo Administrator – CAFM Systems
TRDFIN Support Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo Administrator & Developer to support and optimize a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platform. The role focuses on configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, and advanced reporting using BIRT, requiring strong facilities and real estate domain experience.
Responsibilities
Configure and support IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo environments
Design system rules, processes, and data dimensions
Plan and execute TRIRIGA upgrades and content migration
Optimize workflows and application performance
Develop and maintain BIRT reports
Enhance CAFM system efficiency and data models
Support ongoing operational improvements
Qualification
Required
7+ years Facilities Management experience
7+ years Real Estate Management experience
4+ years working on IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo engagements
Experience with TRIRIGA Projects v10
Experience supporting CAFM environments
BIRT reporting expertise
Preferred
Experience with health or public sector agencies
Workplace Reservation Manager experience
Upgrade and migration leadership experience
