Technical Program Manager II, Data Analytics, Core

Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders and other members in Measurement and Transparency organization to identify, source, model, extract, transform, and load necessary risk and compliance data (issues, incidents, assessments, measurements, etc.)
Propose and implement data governance strategies and mechanisms for ensuring high quality risk and compliance data across our product portfolio
Transform various input data sets into consistent data and risk models
Document pipeline architecture and workflows
Develop dashboards and provide insights to clients as part of engagements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program management
Experience with Data analytics
Experience with SQL
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with data analytics and extract, transform, and load (ETL) operations
Experience in privacy
Experience with technical risk, governance, and compliance processes
