Responsibilities

Partner with Client Management/Acquisition teams to prepare and deliver client/prospect insights, benchmarks, business reviews, and strategic recommendations
Conduct analysis of spending, supplier data, and portfolio/vertical trends to identify retention and growth opportunities
Support end-to-end meeting execution, including development of content in partnership with Marketing, Fraud, Payments Consulting, Pricing, Legal, B2B, and other teams
Prepare dashboards, presentations, and roundtable content for clients/prospects and senior leaders
Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies, sharing best practices across the team
Help support special projects and initiatives as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with financial acumen; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required (Salesforce experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail; proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated collaboration skills with ability to influence and drive results across teams
Intellectual curiosity and ability to work through ambiguity

Preferred

2–4 years of professional experience; exposure to financial services, consulting, payments, or client management/sales
