Program Support Associate
Think Tell Junction is seeking a Program Support Associate who will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various organizational programs through comprehensive administrative and operational support. The role involves collaborating with team members across multiple departments to facilitate program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Public Relations & Communications
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of program activities and initiatives
Maintain organized records and files for program documentation and tracking purposes
Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and workshops, including venue selection and material preparation
Support data collection efforts and conduct preliminary analysis to inform program decisions
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate program progress and outcomes
Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries, addressing questions and facilitating communication
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience in administrative support or program coordination roles
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
