Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing a rapport and building trust
Listen to customers' needs and preferences to determine the most suitable powersports vehicle for them
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and capabilities of various models
Provide accurate information regarding pricing, financing options, and products to protect their investment
Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Qualification
Required
Previous sales experience a plus, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
A passion for powersports and a good understanding of different types of vehicles and their features
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with sales software and CRM systems
Valid driver's license
