Responsibilities
Provides analysis of financial data, including clinical service line reporting, trend analysis, proformas, and forecasts, and the monitoring of key financial metrics
Provides variance analysis of budget vs. actual results for assigned areas, providing explanations of the causes of any material variances
Supports the development and analysis of operating and capital budgets, as assigned
Conducts research and provides analysis for external business intelligence, as assigned
Maintains and supports decision support databases, including updating cost allocations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Accounting/Business/related
2-5 years of experience
No supervisor experience
Preferred
Master's Degree
Accounting/Business/related
5-10 years of experience
Healthcare industry experience
Data analyst experience
CPA
