Responsibilities

Review and validate real property documentation (leases, deeds, surveys, CAD drawings, transfer/sale records) for assets and easements

Create new records in the system of record (SAM), ensuring key terms (dates, options, parties, rent) match source documents

Generate ad-hoc SAM reports to support analysis, tracking, and data quality checks

Manage and organize electronic and physical records (SharePoint/Teams libraries, scanning, folder creation) to improve accessibility and audit readiness

Verify ongoing data accuracy (e.g., OPFAC and lessor/grantor details) and support timely lease payment tracking; identify process improvements and coordinate implementation with the team

Required

Bachelor's degree

10+ years experience in risk and compliance in support of federal production facilities

2+ years experience in facility management with a focus in real property assets

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role

Reside within a commutable distance to the client site in Miami, Florida

Preferred

Active Secret Security clearance
