Assisting in the coordination of daily administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations on-site
Qualification
Required
Good command of both Chinese and English for daily work communication
Human Resources (HR) experience, including recruitment, employee file management, and onboarding
Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance for effectively supporting senior management and general office operations
Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities to foster a positive workplace environment and address stakeholder needs effectively
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
Preferred
Proficiency in office software tools and HR systems is preferred
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
A bachelor's degree or certifications in business administration or HR is an advantage
