$15/hr - $15/hrYMCA of Delaware is dedicated to ensuring every youth and teen is on a pathway to success. The Program Leader for the Summer Teen Camp will develop and implement workshops and activities while ensuring the safety and welfare of participants.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative and creative workshops & activities
Supervise participants and always ensure their safety and welfare
Participate in field trips and out of building activities
Work cooperatively with other staff
Acquaint participants with rules, activities, daily schedules and program routines
Interact and communicate with parents/guardians during drop-off and pick-up
Assist in organizing projects, events and special events
Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained
Attend and complete all staff paperwork and training
Follow pre-planned schedules and arrive on time to set activities
Report all injuries immediately and fill out appropriate forms
Assist in meeting and maintain YMCA standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years of age (at least 4 years older than teen in program)
Demonstrate maturity, good judgement, previous camp experience, or experience working with groups of children
Preferred
Multi-Lingual
Experience working with middle and high school age youth
