Responsibilities
Build and maintain adoption dashboards that track usage, performance, and risk indicators across Flywheel capabilities
Define and monitor adoption metrics tied to speed, quality, and control outcomes
Identify early warning signals where adoption is stalling, misaligned, or introducing risk
Produce executive-ready insights and recommendations that go beyond reporting metrics to inform decisions
Partner with change and enablement leaders to adjust training, communications, or support strategies based on real usage data
Qualification
Required
Experience building dashboards, reports, and insights to support adoption, performance, or operational outcomes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business and change management decisions
Experience translating complex data into clear, concise insights for senior stakeholders
Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments and iterating as metrics and needs mature
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale transformation, adoption, or change initiatives
Familiarity with marketing platforms, workflow tools, or enterprise reporting environments
