Responsibilities
Maintain classified document control/accountability of classified media shipped and received
Visitor Access Control, Document Control, Personnel Security, and Security Education
Perform various employee in-processing/out-processing security briefings/debriefings
Prepare and participate in semi-annual and yearly audits and inspections
Assist with the implement of local Standard Operating procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and COMSEC requirements and guidelines
Prepare Inquiry Reports on security infractions/violations and specifying preventive action to be taken
Qualification
Required
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Products
Preferred
Working knowledge of 32 CFR 117, DoD 5220.22-M (NISPOM) and ISLs
Working knowledge of NSA Manual 3-16 and other COMSEC regulations
Working knowledge of DISS, submitting VALs, checking incoming visit requirements
Working knowledge of Access Commander Security database
Knowledge of Resolver Incident Management tracking database
Completion of commensurate General and Industrial Security Courses through the COSE
