Responsibilities
Direct and oversee assigned projects and project teams to ensure quality completion on time and within budget
Mentor, train, and develop project management staff; identify workforce development needs
Review contracts, design documents, and submittals for compliance and risk mitigation
Prepare project specifications, budgets, and schedules; monitor progress and profitability
Maintain strong client relationships; communicate project status and resolve issues promptly
Identify and manage changes in project scope; prepare and process change orders
Oversee subcontractor procurement and ensure compliance with prequalification requirements
Lead or participate in responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assemble design teams
Promote and enforce company policies, safety standards, and best practices
Assist with marketing and business development efforts for new and existing clients

Qualification
Required
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects for a general contractor
Design-build experience on relevant project types
Valid state-issued driver's license with satisfactory driving record
