Responsibilities
Identify challenges along the supply chain such as logistics processes, material availability, etc
Analyze and improve Component flow
Define and pursue concepts & strategies proactively to further develop the Aircraft Component supply for PD ACS
Close monitoring and improving of Supply performance on multiple large customer agreements
Improve end customer transparency & reporting, including estimated delivery dates, certificate requirements, etc
Monitor KPI’s and ensure targets are met for both cost and performance
Manage & support customer projects
Improvement of overall Supply Chain processes leveraging efficiencies and reducing costs
Interface and close collaboration with the pool, logistics and process center departments
All other duties as assigned or required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience in MRO and supply chain management
Fluency in English required
Logistics, EASA & FAA requirements, technical understanding
Supply chain
MRO shop and adjacent processes
Detailed knowledge of the LHT PD COM organization and its processes
SAP, Power BI, t-track, manage/m
Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S
Assessment screening
Willingness to travel
Manage constant time pressure
Manage high stress levels
CV/Resume required
Preferred
Previous experience dealing directly with customers is an asset
Spanish and German desirable
