Lead finance-focused ERP workstreams across design, build, and UAT phases
Partner with finance, IT, supply chain, and external SI teams to ensure program alignment and progress
Facilitate discussions that translate complex topics into clear, actionable decisions
Drive governance, milestones, risks, and action items across a global team
Help finance teams understand changes and their impact within the organization
Qualification
Required
8+ years of project or program management experience
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations, ideally in finance
Strong understanding of core finance processes such as R2R, costing, inventory, and close
Comfort working in global, matrixed environments
Ability to connect dots, ask insightful questions, and drive outcomes effectively
