AV Service Technician

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of support including end user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of issues
Resolves system issues either proactively based on data or reactively based on client trouble identifying
Collaborates on problem solving in both installation standards and provides challenges and successes during weekly Team meetings, allowing for participation in improving the company and having your voice heard
Qualification
Required
3-5 years AV / Networking / Technology Integration Experience
Control4 Certified
Networking knowledge
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Ability to physically perform essential functions of the position - Lifting, bending
Valid Drivers License
Ability to pass a national background check for Alarm Agent requirements - Live Scan
