Responsibilities
Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies/procedures and regulatory compliance requirements to adhere to all protocols when openings new customer accounts
Develop and maintain necessary process and technical skills to execute new account planning activities
Provide white-glove service to incoming clients by supporting inquiries, questions, or information requests as needed
Assist with cases and inquiries that are escalated in nature by following SOP to engage with other departments
Provide updates on product offerings and help simplify standard branch operation functions
Qualification
Required
