Responsibilities
Implement and lead reliability strategy for defense products across development, production, and sustainment
Conduct and lead analysis efforts including FMECA, reliability predictions, and derating
Perform FRACA and root cause analyses to support system design
Mentor and support other Reliability engineers
Review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards
Support an engineering team of varying experience levels and sub-disciplines
Qualification
Required
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in systems engineering or reliability concepts like root cause analysis
Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government security clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required
Strong customer focus, collaboration, and communication skills
