Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, timelines, communication, and risk management
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using techniques such as use cases, process flows, and current/future state analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to align on project goals and outcomes
Drive process improvements, facilitate decision-making, and ensure on-time delivery
Balance multiple complex projects simultaneously in a structured (primarily waterfall) environment
Qualification
Required
4+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager
Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Ability to manage 6–8 concurrent projects
Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication abilities
Preferred
Experience with user stories, use cases, and process mapping
