Information Services
Responsibilities
Support long-term customer success through feature adoption, ongoing engagement, and expansion of platform usage
Meet with customers for re-engagement, additional training, and guidance on new or underused features
Create and maintain resources that improve customer learning and ongoing adoption
Deliver trainings and best-practice guidance for internal and external audiences
Partner with Customer Support to address recurring issues and provide platform utilization trainings tied to ticket trends
Assist with escalated, clinically related support questions as needed
Support onboarding and ongoing training for large and enterprise customers
Collaborate on special projects that support customer success goals and team initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in ABA or a related field such as Education, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy
Experience using the platform and comfort guiding others through workflows and features
Background in a customer-facing role such as customer success, software training, or implementation
Experience training others on software or technology tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Comfort working in a feedback-driven culture with continuous improvement
