Own and build the GTM function as the Founding AE, with direct exposure to the founder
Sell a high-impact product with strong customer testimonials and real revenue outcomes
Work alongside a fast-moving, high-caliber engineering team that ships quickly
Shape sales processes from scratch and influence product direction
Mission-driven environment focused on improving the senior care ecosystem
High autonomy, experimentation culture, and startup ownership from day one
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS AE experience
Ideally in a VC-backed startup
Health-tech experience is a plus
