Commercial Real Estate Assistant
Hotel Brokers of America is a leading hotel real estate brokerage firm seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The role focuses on providing essential support to brokers and leadership, ensuring accuracy and organization in listings and transaction materials.
Responsibilities
Maintain CRM data, property files, and transaction records
Manage listings across multiple platforms and ensure all details are up to date
Handle scheduling, document management, and team correspondence
Provide day-to-day administrative and marketing support as needed
Report directly to the principal broker and his daily organizational needs and responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field (required)
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe or CRM experience a plus
Professional, dependable, and comfortable in a support-focused role
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
This is an in-person role, 5 days a week from roughly 10-4:30 (potentially flexible but in person is required)
Preferred
A “Real Estate” background or interest is a Plus
