Qualification
Required
Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Strong skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
Experience in hiring processes and candidate evaluation techniques
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Preferred
certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus
