Responsibilities
Perform water, fire and mold production processes with at least 1 year of experience
Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities
Coordinate and perform production processes
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers
Provide detailed and organized job documentation
Effectively communicate with supervisors, customers, and office staff
Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in cleaning/restoration
Ability to manage job site and team effectively
Effectively communicate with others and excellent customer service skills
Basic math and computer skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance and complete a variety of physically demanding activities
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
