Semiconductor Process Engineer

Responsibilities
Develop, sustain, and improve semiconductor processes across assigned fab areas
Monitor process performance using SPC, yield metrics, and data analysis tools
Trouble-shoot process issues and drive root‑cause corrective actions
Support process qualifications, experiments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with equipment engineers to align tool capability with process requirements
Document process changes, specifications, and operational procedures
Support production ramp, technology transitions, and yield improvement activities
Ensure processes align with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Engineering or other related degree
3+ years of experience working as a Process Engineer in the semiconductor industry
Proven analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving skills with experience collaborating across engineering and manufacturing organizations
Preferred
Experience in semiconductor process areas such as Wet Etch, Dry Etch, Lithography, Diffusion, or Implant, etc
Familiarity with DOE, SPC, yield analysis, or advanced manufacturing methodologies
Experience supporting technology ramps or high‑volume manufacturing environments
