Oversee the entire WACS implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support
Work with stakeholders to define and map work management processes, including work order creation, scheduling, and execution
Configure WACS modules, including work orders, scheduling, dispatching, and asset management
Manage integrations between WACS and other utility systems, such as GIS, SCADA, and field service applications
Possess deep functional knowledge of work management, asset management, and related processes within the utility industry
