Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum values and practices
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria
Identify, track, and remove impediments and dependencies impacting team delivery
Drive predictable sprint execution and support delivery under tight and overlapping timelines
Coach teams on Agile best practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Release Managers and DevOps teams to align sprint outcomes with release plans
Track and communicate delivery metrics (velocity, capacity, sprint predictability, burndown)
Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management in multi-team programs
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of overall IT experience with strong Agile / Scrum Master ownership
Proven experience serving as Scrum Master for multiple teams or large-scale programs
Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, ceremonies, and delivery metrics
Hands-on experience with JIRA for sprint planning, backlog management, reporting, and tracking dependencies
Strong working knowledge of Confluence for Agile documentation, team spaces, and delivery artifacts
