Responsibilities
Perform as an influencer making best practice recommendations as the Global Logistics, Warehousing, and Trade Compliance SME for the SAP S/4HANA transformation
Participate in and support all phases of the S/4HANA project lifecycle, including design validation, testing, data validation, cutover planning, and deployment
Participate in Global Supply Chain design sessions related to logistics, warehousing, transportation management, and trade compliance with integrations for SAP OTC, MDM, Finance, and Manufacturing
Provide expertise into ECC current-state processes, system usage, and known pain points for SAP S/4HANA future-state solution design
Partner with regional fulfillment teams to ensure global standards are executable at the regional and site level
Support inbound and outbound freight process design, including carrier integration, freight settlement, and performance visibility
Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies related to logistics processes and escalate issues with clear mitigation plans
Prepare and present regular status updates and milestone reporting to project leadership and supply chain stakeholders
Ensure alignment between S/4HANA logistics capabilities and longer-term supply chain strategy and technology roadmaps
Qualification
Required
S/4HANA, EWM, TM, GTS, Global Supply Chain and Logistics Business Processes
U.S. Citizen or U.S. Perm Resident and able to do global travel and travel monthly to corp HQ in Colorado
Worked on at least two (2) Global Implementations
Hand-on configuration at a detailed execution level, as well as, make manufacturing business process best practice recommendations at a strategic level
SAP TM, GTS global shipping expertise
Ability to make recommendations on GLOBAL Business Processes - what has worked and what doesn't to ensure S/4 Business Processes are set up successfully from Day 1
Ability to Travel Internationally as well as spend 1week/month at US HQ office in the Mid U.S
Bachelor's Degree in related field
8+ years of experience in global logistics within a complex supply chain environment
Hands-on configuration for SAP S/4HANA core functionality and transactions; specifically around SAP TM – Transportation Management and GTS – Global Trade
Proven success working with 3PL providers and cross-functional global stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels globally
Proven success working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with competing priorities across multiple teams in a global organization
Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, including production execution, materials flow, inventory control, capacity planning, and scheduling
Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and trade compliance processes
