This role will play a key part in forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, capital tracking, and process optimization across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations (cash, prepaids, fixed assets, AP, and general ledger)
Prepare timely, accurate financial reports while ensuring alignment with internal policies and standards
Partner with department heads to provide financial analysis, operational expense tracking, and decision-support modeling
Support new product development by creating business cases, financial models, and project documentation
Manage department expense trackers and headcount planning for key areas including development, marketing, and advertising
Oversee capital expenditure tracking, Planview updates, and proper asset capitalization
Collaborate with leadership on monthly forecasts and the annual plan; own system uploads for the balance sheet and income statement
Prepare materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews, including variance analysis and follow-ups on unexpected charges
Lead process improvement and standardization projects across the Health & Wellness finance function
Prepare accruals, proration entries, monthly spend reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations
Provide FP&A support to non-SAP business units to ensure consistency with financial processes
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–4 years of related experience
Strong understanding of US GAAP, including the ability to research and communicate technical accounting topics
Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to develop efficient, scalable financial processes
Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization
Preferred
Experience or interest in process automation and data visualization tools
