Responsibilities

Responsible for sourcing, screening and employment offers for all positions in Sparks Nevada. Maintains the tracking of applicants and candidate progress in SuccessFactors
Build strong relationships with external staffing agencies and ensure regular up-to-date communication on current vacancies, current temporary staff, and ending of temporary assignments all in accordance with applicable company policies and safety procedures
Establish a relationship of trust and understanding with managers and employees. Working with the HR Business Partner and/or the HR Generalist, advises managers in the administration of progressive discipline and mediates performance discussions and/or termination meetings between managers and employees
Working with the HR Business Partner and/or the HR Generalist, conduct confidential investigations into complaints related to harassment, discrimination, workplace violence, misconduct, and policy violations
Works closely with Group Leaders and Management on temporary employee assessments and performance reviews
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, new hire paperwork, orientations, and exit interviews
Assist employees with day to day issues and inquiries
Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented correctly and consistently
Support HR projects as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Minimum of three years of applicable HR and recruitment experience required
Employee must have a high-degree of organizational skills, while being able to multi-task and prioritize individual tasks in a fast-paced growing organization
Strong Microsoft Office and HRIS skills, SuccessFactors a plus
Ability to communicate, organize and execute tasks timely
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and backgrounds
Ability to travel once per quarter to Belimo Americas headquarters in Danbury, CT

Target performance bonus of 10% of an employee’s annual base salary
