Responsibilities
Proactively and professionally engage with team members and stakeholders
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Assist in developing project plans for both global and local initiatives
Help keep the team organized and aligned with key deliverables and timelines
Ensure accuracy of all information related to learning events, conferences, and meetings
Demonstrate flexibility and an ability to learn various aspects of the business
Anticipate challenges, think ahead, and execute tasks effectively
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar project support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, processes, and adapt to change
Ability to collaborate effectively with both local and global stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, public relations, management, consulting, communications, finance, marketing, or a related field
