Working closely with the Board of Directors to implement the Chamber's mission and vision
Driving membership growth and community engagement
Qualification
Required
Leadership and management skills, including experience supervising teams and running day-to-day operations
Expertise in business development, strategic planning, and partnership-building
Strong organizational, event planning, and operational skills
Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of marketing and public relations strategies to promote local businesses and events
Preferred
Experience working within a non-profit, chamber of commerce, or community development organization is a plus
Familiarity with the Greater Pinal County Area and its business ecosystem is an advantage
