Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to support traveler segment progression for VRBO
Identify data-driven opportunities to enhance our communications program through research, insights, and self-serve analysis
Create program and campaign-level test plans aligned with business objectives
Manage end-to-end development of global campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Partner with cross-functional teams—including Creative, Product & Tech, Production, Loyalty, and the VRBO Brand Lead—to deliver best-in-class communications
Lead automation initiatives to streamline campaign execution and improve operational efficiency
Drive personalization strategies to ensure communications are relevant and impactful
Evaluate campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize future efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or online marketing
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex challenges
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior-level engagement
Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to improve marketing effectiveness through data insights
Detail-oriented and adept at managing complex, time-sensitive projects
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools is a plus
