Senior Learning Designer
Responsibilities
Lead projects from idea to launch
Own content deployment projects end to end—from scoping and planning to final delivery
Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple simultaneous courses
Track progress, anticipate risks, and keep projects on schedule and within scope
Analyze source material and learner needs to define objectives and content strategy
Design engaging, structured courses and interactive lessons using our templates and learning principles
Refine, rephrase, and organize content to be concise, clear, and aligned with learning outcomes
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, education, course development, curriculum design, or LMS administration
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Sana AI, etc.) for content development
Intermediate skills in prompt engineering
Solid experience leading end-to-end learning or content projects, including juggling multiple initiatives at once
Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
Experience running discovery or learning needs analysis and turning insights into clear course designs and plans
High attention to detail and quality when reviewing learning materials
Experience mentoring or guiding other instructional designers or authors
English advanced
