Responsibilities
Conduct research within Wells Fargo’s system of record to locate updated addresses for customers in response to returned mail
Work primarily with credit card accounts to identify and verify accurate address information
Navigate multiple internal applications simultaneously to complete research efficiently and accurately
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals
Ability to conduct research within Wells Fargo's system of record
Ability to locate updated addresses for customers in response to returned mail
Experience working primarily with credit card accounts
Ability to identify and verify accurate address information
Ability to navigate multiple internal applications simultaneously
Ability to complete research efficiently and accurately
