Qualification
Required
Experience or skills in water restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, storm damage repair, and related processes
Proficiency in operating tools, equipment, and technology relevant to restoration and cleanup
Knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and proper restoration procedures
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients
Physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying work environments
High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in water restoration, mold remediation, or related fields are a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
