Responsibilities
Track Progress: Monitor nine business growth projects and keep the team aligned toward the $1 million revenue goal
Lead Your Team: Manage 4 staff members across different locations and time zones; provide direction and support
Plan & Schedule: Develop timelines and milestones for each project category
Communicate: Hold regular meetings with your team and leadership; provide status updates on projects and finances
Solve Problems: Address obstacles that come up and find solutions to keep projects on track
Handle Hybrid Work: Coordinate when the team meets in person (Saint Paul) versus works remotely; manage time zones for international team members
Qualification
Required
2+ years managing projects
Experience working with remote or distributed teams
