Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation, Financial Reporting, and thorough understanding of financial regulations
Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and support decision-making processes
Extensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing accounting teams
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred
CPA or CMA certification
Experience with financial management in the manufacturing or construction industries
