Responsibilities
Support the delivery of retreats and in-person experiences from arrival to departure
Manage on-site logistics, schedules, and coordination with venues and vendors
Act as a professional point of contact for guests, speakers, and partners
Anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently and discreetly
Ensure sessions, meals, transfers, and activities run smoothly and on time
Maintain a calm, solutions-focused presence throughout the retreat
Qualification
Required
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting events, retreats, or VIP experiences
Ability to work flexible hours during retreat delivery
Legal right to work in the USA
Preferred
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Calm under pressure and adaptable in fast-moving environments
Professional, presentable, and confident
Service-oriented, with a strong understanding of hospitality and leadership environments
