Responsibilities

Manage the compliance, security, and risk management programs for the data center campus or related infrastructure, including oversight of security incidents, escalations, and guard agreement management
Provide after-hours on-call management support and serve as the primary point of contact for event responses and crisis management
Execute investigations regarding Code of Conduct violations, business infractions, worker injuries, and security incidents. Perform straightforward Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessments (TVRA) to identify and mitigate campus-wide vulnerabilities
Implement established compliance processes aligned with CSRM policies, standards, guidelines, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements. Control security-related costs through budget management, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation for the assigned campus
Manage the security-related costs through budget, forecasting and invoice control for the assigned campus, and assist management with financial analysis and input to financial decisions for security requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in relevant industry sectors (e.g., technology and cloud)
Ability to communicate in English fluently as vendor communication is required

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP or IPP) or Incident Management or Project Management certification
3 years of experience in corporate security
Experience with data centers (e.g., construction and operational) and familiarity with Google applications, forms and use of AI tools
Knowledge of physical security, investigations, compliance, or risk management and current security technology including access control and CCTV, including dual authentication
Knowledge of ISO22301 and ISO27001
Ability to work in an environment that is dependent on systems and technology while managing a contracted workforce on a daily basis, and manage confidential and sensitive information with high ethical standards
